#31 days – October 13

Let’s learn about our BREATHE RESPIRATORY BLEND and how easy it is to make your own customized nasal inhaler.

Breathe is appropriate for aromatic and topical use.  It should be diluted 1:2 if used topically.

This blend is available in a Vapor Stick and is one of my favorites of our new products just launched this month.

DAILY USE
  • Diffuse or dilute and apply under and around nose to maintain clear airways and easy breathing.
  • Diffuse at night time to encourage restful sleep.  A great support for sleep, especially if you wake up due to occasional congestion or restlessness.
  • A favorite diffuser combo is Breathe + Lemon or Lime for daytime.  For nighttime: Breathe (soothes and opens airway) + Arborvitae (calming and immune support)  + Lavender (calming) or Serenity in a 1:1:2 ratio.
  • Topical use: Applying the diluted blend or Breathe Vapor Stick down the neck and onto the chest is appropriate too. 

TARGETED WELLNESS SUPPORT
  • Helps minimize the effects of seasonal or environmental threats -- dilute and apply to chest or bottom of feet.  Add OnGuard, Lemon and Melaleuca for additional immune support.

​Making your own inhaler is another cool way to use your essential oils and have a handy on-the-go remedy.  And very economical as you only use a few drops and the inhalers will last for months! 




Add  3 - 6 drops of essential oils of your choice to the wick. To refresh your inhaler, just drop your desired oils in through the little hole in the top.  Easy and effective!

These inhalers are great to stash in your pocket, purse or car for dozens of uses!  Or for children to take to school, too.  Be sure to label your inhalers!
  • 4 drops Breathe + 2 drops OnGuard for respiratory and immunity support
  • ​Another great option for respiratory support:  2 drops each of Breathe, Frankincense and Lime
 
Other great nasal inhaler blends:
  • 3 drops Lavender and/or Serenity for calming, sleep support, occasional nausea, etc.
  • 1 – 2 drops each of Peppermint and Wild Orange for focus, wakefulness
  • 3 drops Frankincense for mood and brain boosting
  • 1 drop each of Lemon, Lavender and Peppermint for seasonal support
  • 3 drops Rosemary for memory
  • 3 drops Wild Orange for calming thoughts
  • 2 drops Wild Orange + 1 drop Vetiver to help with sleep and calming thoughts
